We are looking for an intern in Munich for a minimum duration of 6 months. **What you will do** * Support the Project Management roles in key operational tasks * Actively contribute to transformation projects and change initiatives * Conduct analysis and technology research in the field of Generative AI in collaboration with our global tech providers like Microsoft and Databricks * Actively support managing GenAI applications, contribute to testing of prototypes, and assist with the development of new use cases across the organisation * Assist with internal and external communications—such as newsletters, client requests and program announcements—to engage stakeholders across the organization * Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories and educational materials to empower employees to use implemented tools, templates and AI platforms. **What you bring** * Currently enrolled as Master’s student in Business Administration, Information, Technology, Transformation or Change Management, Business Informatics, or similar fields * Experience in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI, would be beneficial, along with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies * Previous experience within asset or wealth management or financial industry is strongly desirable * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in drafting accurate and clear documents or presentations * Familiarity with Productivity tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Miro, Teams, PowerPlatform); experience with automating tasks and using new software is a plus * Problem-solving and creativity: Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose creative solutions in use case development, process improvements, and prototyping * A proactive, self-reliant working style with excellent organizational and collaborative skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently * Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially German, would be a plus. **What we offer** * Flexible working from home (hybrid model/flexible working hours) * Mental health and wellbeing programs (EGYM Wellpass) * Mobility solutions (Subvention Jobticket, Deutschlandticket etc.) * Canteen subsidy * Corporate Benefits * … and so much more! 70772 | Project Management | Student | n.a. | Allianz Global Investors | Full-Time | Temporary
