## Praktikum (m/w/d) Marketing & Social Media ###### Intern / Student, Full-time ·Berlin --- Wir suchen eine:n **Praktikant:in für Marketing & Social Media (m/w/d),**der/die unser Marketingteam unterstützt. Du wirst unsere Mission über verschiedene Kanäle verbreiten und unsere wichtigsten Stakeholder direkt ansprechen. Das beinhaltet: * Unterstützung unserer Marketingabteilung bei B2B- und B2C-Marketingaktivitäten * Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Inhalten und das Management unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook und Linkedin) * Nutze deine Kreativität, um eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Social-Media- und Marketing-Performance einzubringen * Führe wertvolle Recherchen durch, um unsere Public Relations-Aktivitäten zu fördern * Du erhältst Einblicke in Performance-Marketing-Tools wie Facebook und Google Ads ##### Dein Profil * Du befindest dich in einem Bachelor- (mindestens 4. Semester) oder Master-Studiengang und musst im Rahmen deines Studiums ein Pflichtpraktikum absolvieren (leider können wir Bewerbungen für freiwillige Praktika nicht berücksichtigen) * Die ideale Dauer für das Praktikum beträgt 6 Monate * Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Deutsch und idealerweise eine weitere Sprache (z.B. Komm zu uns und erleb es selbst! ##### Your mission You will support the Marketing and Social Media activities at Careloop. This means you will: * Support our marketing department in B2B and B2C marketing activities * Be responsible for the content creation and management of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) * Use your creativity to bring up your own ideas to improve our social media and marketing performance * Become a professional at creation of material with Figma and Premiere Pro * Conduct valuable research to boost our public relations activities * Get insights into performance marketing tools, such as Facebook and Google Ads * You contribute to other strategic and marketing projects ##### Your profile * You are enrolled in your Bachelor’s or Master’s program and **as part of your studies you have to do a mandatory internship (unfortunately we can't consider applications for voluntary internships)** * The ideal duration for the internship is 6 months * You are fluent in English, German and ideally another language (such as Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, French and/or Vietnamese) * Ideally, you have some basic previous design experience for business or private purposes * You have first practical professional experience in at least one of the following: marketing, digital content creation or social media * You are communicative, creative and flexible and take full ownership for your tasks * You love to be part of an international team and to achieve goals and implement things together * Hands-on mentality is an integral part of your DNA ##### Our pitch * Become part of our growth journey: We are an early stage start-up with strong partners and EU funding on a social mission to solve the care worker shortage in Germany * Join a multicultural and open-minded team of highly motivated professionals * Experience the steep learning curve you´ll get * Extensive onboarding with enough room for all questions * Great opportunity to contribute to the business success with marketing activities and get practical insights * Office space in the heart of Berlin * Flat hierarchy and direct interaction with both founders * Team and networking events, unlimited coffee, fruit, nuts, soft drinks and after-work beer are included The best thing about Careloop are: the people.
