If so, you are a perfect fit for the Applications 1 Office team at Allianz Technology.
During your working student position, you will be part of our team and work closely with the Executive Board Office at Allianz Technology. You will support both project-related and day-to-day business activities. Additionally, you will gain valuable insights into the structure and processes of one of the world’s largest insurance and financial services companies.
**What you do**
* Support the preparation of strategic documents for decision-making, top management presentations, and briefings for the Executive Board Member leading a department of 1,300 employees
* Work autonomously on tasks with a high degree of responsibility and manage multiple assignments in direct collaboration with the executive office team
* Be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of major events (e.g., workshops, departmental meetings, town halls—both hybrid and in-person)
* Assist in creating internal communication materials and contribute to engagement initiatives for the department's employees
* Take ownership of recurring tasks within selected projects and support day-to-day business activities (including project reporting, master plan development, milestone tracking, and management reporting)
* Support the analysis, quality assurance, and revision of documents—both text- and calculation-based (e.g., business cases, facts and figures, including company KPIs)
**What you bring**
* Currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business administration, economics, computer science, communication, or a related field
* Brings excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, with a strong focus on PowerPoint and Excel
* Demonstrates fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Known for working well both independently and collaboratively, showing initiative, responsibility, and a passion for developing new ideas
* Able to manage projects and workload independently while maintaining a clear, target-oriented approach
* Combines strong communication skills with analytical thinking, a structured working style, and a high level of team commitment
* Ready to start immediately and available for a 6-month intern position (38 hours per week)
