Anforderungen

•Current studies in event/project management, tourism, hotel management, or similar
•Mandatory internship of at least 5-6 months; preferably longer
•First experience in operational implementation of meetings & events in hotel, tourism, or travel industry
•Independent and accurate working style
•High commitment to service and customer satisfaction, team player, and flexibility
•Fluency in English, knowledge in German and additional languages advantageous
•Very good knowledge of MS Office

•Learn operational planning and organization of events
•Participate in the preparation and implementation of events
•Research materials, service providers, and event-related topics
•Communicate independently with international service providers
•Obtain quotes from hotels, restaurants, and suppliers
•Gain insights in negotiations and contract preparation
•Support participant management, including travel booking and registration
•Prepare presentations and meeting reports
