Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or Digital Marketing
  • •Some experience in concept and development of marketing campaigns
  • •Good understanding of the marketing tech ecosystem
  • •High degree of initiative, innovativeness, and creativity
  • •Strong collaboration skills and teamwork
  • •Ability to work independently and result-oriented with attention to detail
  • •Fluency in English, additional language is a plus
  • •Strong knowledge in MS Office, experience with Asana is a plus
  • •Enthusiasm for the mountains and outdoor sports

  • •Test and implement automated mailings and reactivation campaigns
  • •Ensure a coherent customer journey from email to conversion

  • •Segment audiences using consumer insights and data
  • •Support loyalty management initiatives through campaign planning and execution
  • •Conduct research and benchmark analysis for campaigns
  • •Collaborate with external creative agencies for email campaign deployment
  • •Align communication with social media and paid media teams
