That’s what makes us Roche. ****The Opportunity:**** ****​**** The Intern Business Analyst (BA) is instrumental in supporting the organisation in implementing reliable and efficient end-to-end business solutions through digitisation. The Intern BA collaborates with process owners within the cross-functional network by adapting our processes and structures to ensure our company's long-term success. ****Mission of External Quality:**** * We serve our patients through external partnerships because access to quality products is every patient’s right. * We leverage external partners to offer flexibility to our internal capacity at the right cost and quality. * We enable our external partners to reliably deliver compliant, quality products to our supply chain customers so that we can deliver to patients worldwide. * We do this through cross-functional collaborations, ensuring quality process excellence and continuous improvement. ****Functional Job Responsibilities****:**** * Performed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions to process owners, and enabled effective decision-making across E2E External quality. * Create and implement IT infrastructure solutions within the organisation and ensure that system solutions are designed to enable business process performance. * Support quality management process tools, including but not limited to maintenance and enhancement of the Global List of Approved Suppliers, AMPL and the Supplier Risk Scorecard (Tableau). Performing testing and validation as required. * Apply sound judgment and notify and escalate potential quality or regulatory issues affecting product quality or regulatory compliance to management. * Support process owners in fixing process issues or developing improvements across PTQX to improve reliability and increase simplicity and effectiveness. * Document business processes and translate them into visually attractive training documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across processes * Be the Ambassador for digitisation at the site or within the functional business unit, acting as an organisational change agent and delivering results focused on digitising business processes. * Recognise the supplier-customer relationship and impact, and the ability to make the right decision for the end-to-end business processes * Model behaviours and implement policies and procedures that are consistent with PT's Quality Philosophy and Business Process Management ****Who You are/ You have:**** * University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or Biological Sciences or equivalent experience * Excellent computer skills, incl.
