- •Master’s degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience
- •Desirable Microsoft AI Learning Hub certifications
- •Experience deploying and maintaining AI Agents
- •Ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- •Familiarity with APIs and basic integrations
- •Ability to test and validate AI outputs
- •Experience delivering technical training or facilitating workshops
- •Hands-on, self-motivated, and organized working style
- •Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- •Critical thinking and effective planning skills
- •Clear written and verbal communication skills
- •Fluency in English
- •German and French skills as a plus
- •Knowledge in Microsoft Copilot and PowerAutomate
