**Who we are looking for**
We are looking for a dedicated and sales driven Intermediary Sales professional to join our Swiss team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the intermediary distribution network of State Street Investment Management, with a particular focus on promoting our investment solutions across asset classes, including ETFs, mutual funds (active & passive), and cash solutions. Reporting directly to the Head of Switzerland Intermediary business - you will have the opportunity to operate within a multi-cultural team covering the German-, French and Italian speaking regions of Switzerland. Furthermore, you will navigate a very dynamic work environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored investment solutions to our intermediary clients. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
**What you will be responsible for**
As Intermediary Sales you will:
* Strategic Thinking and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute our sales strategy to promote our product offerings within the Swiss market, driving revenue growth and meeting key business objectives.
* Client Relationships: Build and manage long-term relationships with financial intermediaries, including asset managers, wealth managers, private banks, platforms and family offices, to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
* Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within the intermediary space and leverage your network to drive product adoption and increase our market share.
* Project Coordination – Oversee RFP processes, client onboarding and coordinate projects related to client reporting and ongoing management post onboarding to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also participate to cross regional and strategic initiatives.
* Collaboration: You will develop a “One State Street” approach and Partner closely with Capital Markets, Strategy, Product and Marketing teams to identify market themes and ensure the alignment of messaging and product positioning within the market.
* Client Engagement: Deliver high-quality client service, providing ongoing support and communicating investment ideas and research effectively to clients and prospects.

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience operating in a dynamic environment while managing various stakeholder needs and overall business risk factors
