Anforderungen

•Degree in economics, financial management, operations, supply chain management, or equivalent
•Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in Demand or Supply planning
•Broad understanding of E2E supply chain processes in omnichannel environment in textile or fashion industry
•Exceptional analytical skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
•Excellent use of Excel and Power Point, Power BI expertise is a welcomed plus

•Lead and develop a team of planners and analysts
•Organize team workload and priorities
•Develop and maintain the global demand planning strategy
•Oversee the demand planning process
•Integrate regional sales forecasts into the global demand plan
•Facilitate regular demand review meetings with stakeholders
•Oversee inventory levels to meet demand
•Coordinate with supply chain partners for inventory distribution
•Manage net requirement planning at the warehouse level
•Support the team in transitioning to new ERP functionalities
•Utilize data analytics to improve forecasting accuracy
•Identify demand patterns and provide insights to senior management
•Develop and present reports on forecast accuracy and supply chain performance
•Promote best practices and standard processes among regional teams
