## Interim HR Manager (all genders)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim HR Manager to support all HR operations through the whole employee lifecycle for a period of 9 months. This key role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a smooth transition during this critical time.
* Starting date: 1st of July or by arrangement
* Duration: end of March 2026
* Preferred workload: 100%
* Working Location: Zurich
## Requirements
WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US:
* Manage and oversee all HR operations through the whole employee lifecycle
* Providing strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, ensuring that people-related issues are addressed effectively and in alignment with business priorities
* Contributing to the payroll process in coordination with the Indian payroll team and local vendor
* Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
* Supporting and guiding through the ongoing HR integration in Switzerland in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
* Lead potential future business transfers in Switzerland
WITH THIS YOU SUCCEED:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
* Eidg. HR Fachausweis (Swiss Federal Diploma in HR) or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in Swiss labor law and Swiss social insurances
* Preferably experience in a similar international set-up
* Excellent knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
* Strong communication skills as well as a flexible and proactive way of working
* Enjoy working in local and international teams
