Anforderungen
- •Training as an electronics technician
- •Further qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
- •Several years of experience in vocational education
- •Knowledge in control technology using VPS and SPS
- •Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting in building installation and power systems
- •Strong computer skills
- •Fluent German (written and spoken); English skills desirable

- •Conduct practical and theoretical training in electrical engineering
- •Conduct practical and theoretical training in electronics

- •Impart knowledge and skills according to training regulations and internal training plans
- •Carry out performance assessments of apprentices
- •Support apprentices in exam preparation and internal and external projects
- •Promote the development of technical, methodological, and social competencies
- •Collaborate with partner companies, vocational schools, and chambers of industry and commerce
- •Develop and implement new teaching and learning concepts related to digitization
