# Installation Manager (f/m/d)

**Job Description/Preferred Qualifications**

Join us as an Installation Manager and take the lead in installing the LMS IPRO systems at customer locations around the globe. In this dynamic role, you will guide a team of talented Installation Engineers, ensuring top-notch, efficient, and timely installations that exceed customer expectations and meet their production goals.
Our Global Installation Organization is dedicated to being a highly valued and trusted partner to our customers through continuous improvement. As an Installation Manager, you will:
* Collaborate with our field team on scheduling and site preparation.
* Schedule and deploy Installation Engineers worldwide, coordinating assets across services.
* Manage products from shipment to ensure timely warranty start and ultimate customer satisfaction.
* Drive installation escalations and work closely with Field teams, Service Operations, and Manufacturing Operations.
* Ensure the operational quality of system equipment.
* Partner directly with KLA regions and customers to verify new installation or upgrade performance and transfer tool responsibility.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor of Science Degree
* Experience servicing semiconductor capital equipment
* Knowledge and experience in the semiconductor industry (experience in a wafer Fab environment in integration, photolithography specifically steppers, or Metrology Management is an advantage)
