Anforderungen

  • •Technical curiosity and competence in Regal Rexnord Clutches & Brakes products
  • •Sales and/or Marketing experience in B2B solutions-selling environment
  • •Experience in industrial manufacturing or Clutches and Brakes industry
  • •BA/BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • •Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and BI Tools
  • •Passion for Continuous Improvement through 80/20 principles
  • •Ability to make effective digital presentations
  • •Fluency in English and any other European language is a plus
  • •Travel up to 20% required
  • •Ability to navigate Regal Rexnord matrix organization

  • •Customer-centric approach and understanding of business needs

  • •Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts

  • •Provide training and facilitate communication for clients
  • •Maximize new business and cross-selling opportunities

  • •Educate end users and distributors on product value
  • •Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and orders using SAP
  • •Build strong customer relationships with a focus on solutions
  • •Resolve customer-impacting issues with internal partners
  • •Handle inquiries with expertise in Clutches and Brakes
