Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in business or commercial education in chemical or similar industry with advanced business training
- •Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- •Previous sales experience, customer focus, and customer satisfaction mindset
- •Ability to establish and maintain strong relations with customers
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Technical understanding of products sufficient to answer initial questions
- •Diligence to maintain customer files and data
- •Very good command of written and spoken English and German
- •MS Office mandatory, ideally experience and understanding of SAP and CRM systems

Deine Aufgaben
- •Perform all sales activities for designated small to medium-sized accounts
- •Maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings
- •Evaluate new inquiries and direct them to the appropriate Sales Manager
- •Collaborate with Senior Manager and Sales Managers on pricing strategies
- •Establish and maintain contact with designated customers and industry associations
- •Respond to incoming customer inquiries about products
- •Assist customers with general information, including price quotes and technical documentation
- •Maintain accurate and complete customer files for historical documentation
- •Prepare quality questionnaires and certificates for customers
- •Send late payment reminders and follow up with customers
- •Follow up on claims and reimbursements in conjunction with Customer Service Representatives
- •Provide backup support for Sales Manager positions during absences
- •Assist market analysts with market research
- •Support regional Sales Manager with marketing and sales-related administrative tasks
