  • •Experience in customer operations/order management within a consumables business
  • •Working knowledge of pricing (implementation, change control, negotiation basics, impact analysis)
  • •Familiarity with B2B e-procurement and online store workflows
  • •Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • •Fluency with CRM/ERP tools and spreadsheets

  • •Support price implementation by applying increases and negotiating with data-driven rationale
  • •Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for B2B connections and the online store
  • •Track Agilent online store requests and resolve online shop issues
  • •Administer the electronic catalogue
  • •Follow up on delivery schedules, partial shipments, and backorders
  • •Keep customers informed about delivery timelines
  • •Communicate backorder statuses and set expectations
  • •Clear orders for booking by assisting customers with catalogue numbers and price discrepancies
  • •Drive inbound sales activities to meet objectives
  • •Collaborate with field and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
  • •Prepare and manage accurate quotations aligned with pricing and contract terms
