Anforderungen
- •University degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training
- •At least 5 years of network experience (especially WAN, SD-WAN, Zscaler, LAN, routers, VPN, gateways, proxy, firewall)
- •Expertise in routing, switching, firewalling, troubleshooting, and network architecture and design
- •Cisco CCNP/CCIE certification, knowledge of ITIL service processes, experience with operational processes and ITSM
- •Customer orientation, sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, systematic and goal-oriented teamwork, willingness to learn new technologies
- •Conversationally fluent English and German language skills at B1 level with willingness to improve to B2-C1
- •Willingness to occasionally travel nationally and internationally
