Anforderungen

•Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or comparable degree
•At least 5 years of professional experience in electrical and automated maintenance
•Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) such as Siemens Simatic 7, distributed control systems (DCS), and electrical protection systems
•Strong understanding of electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and loop diagrams
•Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols in the energy generation industry
•Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
•Proficiency in both German and English
•Efficient communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external service providers
•Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a passion for teamwork
•Willingness to participate in on-call emergency maintenance situations
•High flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

•Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of components
•Develop and implement safety procedures for maintenance tasks
•Provide technical support for equipment upgrades and system expansions
•Train and mentor maintenance staff on electrical and automated systems
•Document all maintenance activities, including equipment condition reports and recommendations
