- •Monitoring and assurance of security compliance
- •Designing controls based on security standards
- •Developing working instructions and procedures

- •Communicate frequently with stakeholders at all levels
- •Execute and review the Information Security Controls Framework monitoring process
- •Collate and review evidence from monthly control review request tickets
- •Perform QA reviews and seek clarification from stakeholders
- •Highlight gaps and risks during reviews and raise non-conformities
- •Suggest improvements to teams or stakeholders
- •Liaise with the CISO and DPO offices for monthly updates on control status
- •Enhance awareness of controls and security practices among stakeholders
- •Contribute to the development of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- •Manage daily tasks related to Information Security Controls independently
- •Review and update the design of control pages from a technical perspective
- •Maintain the control calendar
- •Actively work on change requests from stakeholders
- •Prepare and follow up on Change Request tickets
- •Draft and publish monthly control reports and other documentation
- •Support the team and stakeholders during audits
- •Coordinate action items and evidence for audits
- •Maintain key documentation for audit readiness
- •Participate in designing controls and developing working instructions
- •Document key processes in an efficient process flow
- •Design and update working instructions to meet policy requirements
- •Identify and address process or tooling inefficiencies
- •Map the internal control framework to various regulations and standards
