Aptar is seeking an Industrialization Engineer based in Freyung. This role is responsible for the manufacturability of our products, the specification and procurement of equipment and support concerning product launches.
**As an Industrialization Engineer, You Will**
* Ensure equipment safety and support product launches
* Provide feedback to Product Design to improve manufacturability
* Specify and source equipment; support CAPEX submissions
* Qualify equipment at vendor and site locations
* Optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Maintain technical documentation and submit proposals

**Who We Are Looking For**
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Plastics, Mechanical, or similar)
