Anforderungen
- •MS in Natural Science, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biology
- •SGAH certification advantageous
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, biology, or chemical/biological production
- •Strong process understanding in Biopharma manufacturing, cGMP, safety, and biosafety compliance
- •Proven ability to coach, present, and train across organizational levels
- •Reliability, responsibility, and self-motivation with proactive safety culture
- •Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities
- •Skilled in interpreting regulations and anticipating their impact
- •Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences
