- •Fluency in German and English

- •Participate in planning and designing work systems
- •Collect necessary data for work system control
- •Plan and implement time and process analyses using lean tools
- •Optimize production by standardizing processes according to lean principles
- •Analyze and eliminate bottlenecks using the Theory of Constraints
- •Balance production lines with Yamazumi and percentage load charts
- •Visualize and create key production figures
- •Identify disruptions in the production process
- •Improve working procedures, methods, and conditions
- •Collaborate with project members on capacity planning and process improvements
- •Support the calculation of production costs for product costing
- •Clarify process-related challenges in production
- •Manage projects in the field of industrial engineering
