Anforderungen
- •University degree in industrial engineering, business management with logistic focus, or similar quantitative disciplines
- •Strong analytical skills with experience in data science and system architecture
- •Strong communication and presentation skills with working proficiency in English and German
- •Excellent project management skills; project management certification (e.g. PMI or PRINCE2) is a plus
- •Competency to lead cross-functional project teams
- •Strong prioritization and scheduling skills
- •Proficiency with MS Office
- •Programming skills (e.g. VBA, Python, C++) and data analysis skills (e.g. SQL, R) is a plus
- •Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 20%)
- •Driving license

- •Support internal customers on problem-solving projects
- •Assist in process engineering and service expansion
- •Act as a subject matter expert for European and country-specific projects
- •Monitor and support the development of operational KPI reports

- •Produce operational business requirement specifications
- •Contribute to business cases
- •Create and manage project plans
- •Monitor and review project progress and timelines
- •Adjust schedules and plans as needed
- •Present project developments and results to upper management
