Anforderungen

- •Prepare preliminary VAT returns for Germany.
- •Support annual VAT return preparation with external advisors.
- •Enhance accounting data inputs for VAT returns.
- •Review systems and implement VAT processes and controls.
- •Manage recovery of VAT receivables with Finance teams.
- •Build relationships with the tax office for VAT matters.
- •Prepare EC Sales and Intrastat reporting as needed.
- •Conduct system and VAT process reviews for improvements.
- •Document VAT compliance processes and monitor adherence.
- •Integrate VAT processes into EMEA Tax management software.
- •Identify VAT training needs and deliver training sessions.
- •Collaborate with the tax office on VAT checks and audits.
- •Expedite VAT receivables recovery with the finance team.
- •Advise on VAT implications for various business transactions.
- •Develop a relationship with the Indirect Tax Manager, EMEA.
- •Work with teams on transit and import processes.
- •Travel within EMEA for team collaboration and meetings.
