Anforderungen
- •Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- •5+ years of Procurement experience
- •Experience in setting up procurement processes or working in fast-paced start-up/scale-up environments
- •Strong negotiation skills and experience managing high-value service contracts
- •Comfortable balancing strategic category management with operational execution
- •Fluency in English (C1 level); German or Polish is a strong advantage
- •Based in Germany or Poland

- •Develop and implement Indirect Procurement processes and policies
- •Define category strategies and long-term roadmaps
- •Collaborate with the Head of Procurement to establish Procurement as a value-driving partner
- •Manage the full purchase order lifecycle
- •Consolidate and rationalize the supplier base
- •Resolve daily vendor issues to ensure smooth operations
- •Manage and negotiate lease agreements and rental contracts
- •Oversee facility management services
- •Lead negotiations and contracting for consultancy and agencies
- •Manage contracts with external workforce providers
- •Optimize spend and vendor relationships for office supplies and general overhead
