Anforderungen
- •German Law Degree and passing the first state exam
- •1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house
- •Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
- •Solid knowledge of German employment law
- •Interest in technology (metaverse, AI, digital assets)
- •Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage deadlines
- •Overseas legal education or work experience, or experience as in-house counsel of a global technology company
- •Basic knowledge of German tenancy law
- •Additional language skills in French or Spanish
- •Highly adaptable and service-oriented attitude
- •Ability to handle pressure and provide thoughtful recommendations
- •Can-do attitude, proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to learn, and collaborative
- •Authorized to work in Germany and resume submitted in English

- •Review and negotiate various agreements
- •Draft commercial agreements and service terms
- •Ensure fast turnaround on NDAs and DPAs
- •Collaborate with sales and security teams
- •Ensure agreements comply with corporate policies
- •Address internal employment law matters with HR
- •Identify and implement legal process improvements
- •Maintain a positive and solutions-driven approach
