Anforderungen
- •U.S. citizenship
- •Active Secret clearance
- •Proficient knowledge of network hardware specifications
- •Network engineering experience
- •Knowledge of networking architecture
- •Knowledge of data and voice network design
- •Experience with network services (BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, WAN, VPN, VLAN, VRF)
- •Knowledge of configuring and analyzing network systems
- •Ability to work in a team environment
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Active Secret security clearance
- •DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)
- •Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of specialized experience or associate's degree plus 7 years of specialized experience or major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience or 11 years of specialized experience

Deine Aufgaben
- •Coordinate with customers
- •Execute Initial Test and Acceptance (IT&A)
- •Perform all reporting functions
- •Input data for new network equipment and service activations
- •Configure and maintain DISA’s out-of-band management network
- •Upgrade software on Cisco and Juniper devices
- •Create and update project planning documentation
- •Select and create IP addressing schemes
- •Assign ports on out-of-band management nodes
- •Conduct systems analysis and consult with users
- •Ensure accuracy of information (POC, location, & interface)
- •Verify correct points of contact for each location
- •Engage with DISA project managers to resolve issues
- •Facilitate approvals from stakeholders for service requests
- •Order services on behalf of the customer
- •Input service requests into DISA Storefront (DSF)
- •Provide customer outreach to ensure order accuracy
