Anforderungen
- •University degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance
- •Several years of experience with IDMC and implementing it
- •Knowledge of data governance and data management processes, policies and standards
- •Strong understanding of enterprise data domains and data models
- •Excellent business and IT stakeholder management skills
- •Understanding of how Meta Data Management impacts business outcomes and ability to articulate benefit to business
- •Groovy
- •Rest API & JSON

- •Experience in the financial industry, banking industry
- •"Can do" attitude
- •Strong at collaborating and influencing, building an effective stakeholder network across divisions and regions
- •Comfortable in challenging the status quo and manage escalations on every level

- •Fluent in English, German would be an advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the implementation and usage of IDMC across the Bank
- •Maintain and improve the IDMC platform
- •Onboard and manage data sources in IDMC
- •Conduct design and configuration workshops
- •Serve as an expert resource for workflows, reports, dashboards, and API connectors
- •Provide best practice implementation guidance
- •Collaborate with internal teams to develop standardized business data definitions and rules
- •Build and maintain a bank-wide data dictionary documenting key data elements
- •Establish data lineage from consumption to authoritative sources
- •Monitor and ensure consistent use of IDMC
- •Define metrics and standards for data operating processes
- •Define and maintain workflows
- •Evolve IDMC to meet user requirements, including onboarding new source systems
- •Provide training on IDMC to end-users
