IB Mathematics Teacher | MYP & DP(m/w/x)

As an IB Mathematics Teacher, you will create engaging learning experiences for students in grades 6 to 12, fostering confidence in numeracy while promoting a growth mindset. This role involves designing differentiated instruction, collaborating with colleagues, and building strong partnerships with parents.

Anforderungen

• •Teaching certification, preferably with a master's degree in a related field
• •Experience teaching Mathematics in IB programmes (MYP and DP preferred; also welcome candidates with experience in AP, A-Level, IGCSE or similar)
• •Experience in international schools with excellent references indicating a passion for teaching Mathematics
• •Outstanding communication skills (both written and spoken)
• •Strong belief that all students can access and succeed at Mathematics
• •Innovative, connected, creative, collaborative, flexible and proactive professional with a passion for your subject
• •Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate students' varying abilities and interests
• •Ability to incorporate varied instructional models and assessment methods to optimise student learning
• •Team player who is resilient and a risk taker with a positive growth mindset
• •Demonstrate the IB learner profile attributes and embrace the school's Mission and Guiding Statements
• •Motivated to help students become creative and critical thinkers

• •Experience in teaching Theory of Knowledge
• •Supervise the Personal Project/Extended Essay
• •Experience as an IB workshop leader and/or examiner
• •Proof of immunity against measles, confirmed by a doctor or medical certificate of contraindication
• •Original certificate of the highest obtained (university) degree
• •Extended certificate of conduct not older than six months
