Anforderungen
- •Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Chemical Engineering
- •Experience in GMP operations, hygiene, or cleanroom environments
- •Expertise in GMP hygiene and cleanroom concepts
- •Ability to assess hygiene risks and define measures
- •Experience in root cause analysis and CAPA management
- •Ability to translate regulatory requirements into standards
- •Strong communication skills
- •Structured, independent working style and attention to detail
- •Business-fluent German and English

- •Lead end-to-end hygiene governance for supply chain modules
- •Ensure GMP-compliant implementation and continuous improvement
- •Develop and maintain hygiene-related SOPs and standards
- •Manage cleaning, gowning, and pest control concepts
- •Monitor compliance through routine assessments and walkthroughs
- •Identify hygiene risks and drive mitigation efforts
- •Train and coach teams on hygiene best practices
- •Lead deviations, investigations, and CAPA activities
- •Act as the key contact during audits and inspections
- •Support room qualification and environmental monitoring interfaces
