**Job Title**: Human Resources Representative (m/f/d)
As an HR Representative, you will collaborate with the local People Business Partner and support EMEA People teams and international contacts to take care of operational tasks across the entire HR value chain. You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to employees and managers at our two Munich office sites, ensuring high-quality service and consistent outstanding team member experience.

**Responsibilities**:
* **HR Administration**: responsible for HR administration, including employment contracts, personnel files, absence management, company declaration, insurance statements and other documents. Support EIBT program with crafting plugs.
* **HR Processes**: Support HR processes and programs throughout the whole employee life cycle while innovating existing processes.
* **Benefits Administration**: Handle employee benefits programs, including health insurance, local company plans, and leave policies. Provide support to the team and leaders on programs.
* **Regulatory Compliance**: Be point of contact and resolve questions related to social security laws and regulations in Germany.
* **Vendor Management**: Maintain effective relationships with company vendors, advise them of any changes to team members’ employment.
* **HR Projects**: Participate in national and international HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
* **Collaboration with our stakeholders**: Partner with internal team members to resolve issues and coordinate with HR departments to deliver superb customer service.
* **Technological proficiency:** Master HRIS (Workday), and other internal tools to provide accurate data and support process improvement.
**Qualifications:**
**Required qualification:**
* Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field, alternatively: SHRM-CP/SCP or HR Specialist IHK with relevant professional work experience.
* 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist in an internationally operating company in High-Tech industry.
* In-depth understanding of operational HR processes covering the entire employee lifecycle, focusing on improving the overall employee experience from onboarding to career development and retention.
* Sophisticated knowledge of German social security laws, regulations and policies is required, other European countries this is a plus.
* Proficiency in managing HR Information System (Workday), MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, and other digital tools to analyze and provide data to streamline HR processes.
* Data-driven, well-organized and structured approach, acting with attention to detail and able to follow up in a timely manner.
* Business proficiency in German and English language is a must.
**Preferred qualification:**
* Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity: understanding and respecting cultural differences in managing a diverse workforce and ensuring inclusive practices.
* Sound knowledge of German labor laws and regulations to ensure procedures remain compliant across different regions. Knowledge about UK, France and Italy is a benefit.
