As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our Advanced Materials division you will be responsible for our sites in Bad Säckingen, Bergkamen and for our home working associates across Germany. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, lead HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with local labor laws – all while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
**Role Responsibilities:**
**As HR Business Partner****,** **you will be responsible for:**
* Partner with key accounts to provide expert HR advice and solutions, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor laws.
* Drive the implementation of HR strategies and ensure local execution is in line with overall business objectives,
* Lead and contribute to key projects and initiatives such as change management, performance development, talent management, and compensation processes.
* Member of the Site Leadership Teams (SLT) in Bad Säckingen and Bergkamen, active participation, providing strong leadership and serving as a trusted partner to business and workforce.
* Participate in key meetings (HR & SLT) and build strong relationships across the organization.
* Oversee site-specific HR matters, including KPIs, engagement, and hands-on HR practices. Maintain accurate HR systems and tools.
* Support and develop the HR team, ensuring effective service delivery.
* Consolidate and manage the HR budget and expenses.
**Experience and Competencies:**

* HR Background: University degree or diploma in Human Resources, with 3–5 years of generalist experience, ideally in an international or multicultural setting.
* Legal & Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of German labor law, combined with financial awareness and basic project management skills.
