## Hubspot Freelancer (all genders) ###### Freelancer, Part-time ·German HQ-Remote --- ##### Position Information **Kiron** is looking for **a HubSpot** **consultant** to support the Fundraising and Partnerships team with the successful **roll-out of HubSpot as their new CRM tool.** While some team members have used HubSpot before, others are completely new, and the consultant will help ensure that everyone is confident and aligned in how the tool is used. **The first three months are critical** for establishing a**clean setup**, **streamlining workflows**, and **embedding CRM best practices** into the team's daily habits. This role will combine h**ands-on technical implementation** with practical guidance and weekly office hours to support adoption and long-term success. ##### Your Tasks | | | --- | | * Conduct a weekly **"office hour"** session to support team members with real-time HubSpot questions and issues * Support with **the set-up** and **configure HubSpot CRM**, including contacts, companies, pipelines, and deal stages * **Build** and **optimize fundraising** and **marketing workflows** (e.g. lead routing, email nurturing, task automation) * Assist with **form setup**, **landing pages**, **lead capture tools**, and **email templates** * Provide **light training**to team members on how to use HubSpot efficiently for their specific roles * **Configure dashboards** and **reports** to help track performance and usage across the system * Advise on **best practices** for CRM hygiene, data quality, and segmentation * Support any integrations with t**hird-party tools** (e.g. Gmail, Slack, calendars, marketing tools) * Flag opportunities for improvement as your understanding of the team’s needs evolves | ##### Your Profile * **Proven experience** setting up and administering HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hub) * **Strong understanding of CRM strategy**, lifecycle automation, and sales/marketing funnel stages * **Comfortable explaining HubSpot concepts** and features clearly to non-technical team members * **Ability to troubleshoot user issues** and find workarounds or best-practice solutions quickly * **Strong communication** and collaboration skills in a remote or asynchronous work environment * **Experience** working with small teams or startups is a plus * **Ideally**, experience with CRM integrations or API-based tools (e.g. Google, Asana) * **Ideally**, experience in Sales **Kiron is committed to empowerment and inclusion**and continuously works to create a diverse, safe, and inclusive environment.
