##### Position Information
**Kiron** is looking for **a HubSpot** **consultant** to support the Fundraising and Partnerships team with the successful **roll-out of HubSpot as their new CRM tool.**
While some team members have used HubSpot before, others are completely new, and the consultant will help ensure that everyone is confident and aligned in how the tool is used.
**The first three months are critical** for establishing a**clean setup**, **streamlining workflows**, and **embedding CRM best practices** into the team's daily habits. This role will combine h**ands-on technical implementation** with practical guidance and weekly office hours to support adoption and long-term success.
##### Your Tasks

##### Your Profile
* **Proven experience** setting up and administering HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hub)
* **Strong understanding of CRM strategy**, lifecycle automation, and sales/marketing funnel stages
* **Comfortable explaining HubSpot concepts** and features clearly to non-technical team members
* **Ability to troubleshoot user issues** and find workarounds or best-practice solutions quickly
* **Strong communication** and collaboration skills in a remote or asynchronous work environment
* **Experience** working with small teams or startups is a plus
* **Ideally**, experience with CRM integrations or API-based tools (e.g. Google, Asana)
