Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree or training in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering
•Professional HSE certification based on Swiss legislation
•Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE roles within process manufacturing
•Proven ability to draft HSE technical documentation
•Solid knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset
•Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
•Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

Deine Aufgaben

•Ensure compliance with Swiss occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations
•Implement Hitachi Energy policies and standards for the Wettingen operating unit
•Support and consult all hierarchical levels on occupational safety, health, and environmental management
•Conduct opportunity and risk analyses with stakeholders
•Promote quality and safety culture through employee engagement programs
•Conduct training at all hierarchy levels following the Wettingen HSE competence matrix
•Investigate accidents and communicate findings to prevent future incidents
•Plan and conduct internal and external audits for ISO 9001/45001 compliance
•Prepare and implement the yearly site HSE plan and related documentation
•Produce reports for internal and customer project reviews
•Attend project review meetings to ensure HSE operating system effectiveness
•Review HSE documentation from subcontractors and support compliance with HSE requirements
