HR Transformation Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead strategic HR transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior management to enhance the HR operating model. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting major projects, addressing stakeholder needs, and driving innovation across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •5–7 years of experience in HR
• •Strong academic background in business administration, law, psychology, sociology, or equivalent
• •Knowledge of German labor law, tax, and social security implications
• •Proven experience in HR transformation, digitalization, or innovation projects
• •Familiarity with HR technology platforms and cloud-based solutions
• •Understanding of data protection and information security policies
• •Experience in effective works council relations and stakeholder management
• •Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• •Can-do attitude with strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• •Openness and motivation to change positions and collect experiences
