As an HR Technology Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to drive the adoption of emerging technologies. Your expertise will empower us to create a seamless employee journey, optimize data-driven decision-making, and stay ahead of industry trends.
## What to do
* Support the implementation of our HR strategy and further develop our digital roadmap together with us
* Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
* Champion the integration of AI solutions into HR processes, from recruitment to performance management
* Enhance the employee experience by ensuring intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across all HR systems
* Collaborate with vendors to optimize existing solutions and explore new partnerships, active stakeholder management
* Ability to lead a group-wide team regarding configuration, maintenance and further improvement of employee central and additional modules in SuccessFactors
## You check these boxes
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* Proven experience in HR technology implementation and optimization. Understanding of HR processes end-to-end
* Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and data quality, data analytics would be a plus
* Configuration of EC and other Successfactors modules is an essential skill in this role
* Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
