**Mission description:**
As a Talent Management Specialist within our Center of Expertise (COE), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our talent. Your mission will be to:
* Design and Deliver Impactful Talent Programs: Contribute to the creation and execution of innovative programs that develop a diverse and high-performing talent pool, fostering strong leadership capabilities.
* Provide Expert Operational Support: Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure the smooth implementation of talent management programs and processes, as well as enriching Employee Experience (EX) initiatives, driving organizational growth and sustainability.
* Become a Key Support Partner: Assist Talent Managers in core recurring processes, streamline ongoing initiatives, and provide critical data consolidation support within MyHR (our HRIS).
* Gain Valuable Project Experience: Support diverse projects, gaining broad exposure to various challenges and activities, and contributing to impactful outcomes.
