Anforderungen

•Enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
•Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, particularly in Active Sourcing and student recruitment
•First hands-on experience in recruiting, HR, or event coordination; curiosity for digital tools, AI-driven platforms, and modern recruiting trends
•Strong communication skills and creativity
•Very good written and spoken German and English; high reliability, strong organization skills, and detail-oriented working style
•Proactive mindset, hands-on attitude, and enjoyment of team collaboration

•Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance search strategies and improve outreach
•Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling and logistics
•Draft job postings for visibility across relevant channels
•Oversee the end-to-end hiring process for working students and interns
•Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience
•Support hiring managers with updates and shortlist preparation
•Organize and manage the monthly Welcome Event
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth event execution
•Prepare materials and presentations to enhance the event experience
•Create a welcoming atmosphere and represent the employer brand
