Anforderungen
- •Commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by further qualification as a certified HR specialist
- •Several years of experience in HR administration or prior experience as an HR Specialist in a metal and electrical industry (M+E) company
- •Sound knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining regulations and social security legislation
- •Quick comprehension paired with a structured and independent working style
- •Strong strategic thinking, conceptual strength and project management skills
- •Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various internal interfaces at all levels
- •SAP R/3 knowledge required
- •Very good written and spoken English skills
