HR Specialist(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters while managing essential tasks such as preparing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position also involves contributing to workforce planning and optimizing HR processes.

Anforderungen

• •Commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by further qualification as a certified HR specialist
• •Several years of experience in HR administration or prior experience as an HR Specialist in a metal and electrical industry (M+E) company
• •Sound knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining regulations and social security legislation
• •Quick comprehension and structured, independent working style
• •Strong strategic thinking, conceptual strength and project management skills
• •Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various internal interfaces at all levels
• •SAP R/3 knowledge required
• •Very good written and spoken English skills
