HR Specialist - Global Compensation (f/m/d)

Reutte, Austria | Full time | Hybrid

Your tasks:

In this role, you report to the Head of Compensation and Benefits and take care of compensation issues for the Plansee Group in an international context.

  • Proactive collaboration in the introduction of the compensation module in our HCM software Workday as well as the interfaces to sub-systems

  • Optimization of digitized processes in the compensation module in Workday, quality optimization of pay data and its presentation

  • Carrying out job evaluations, creating job descriptions as well as support with internal compensation guidelines and policies and presentation of various key figures

  • Participation in surveys on industry trends and benchmarks as well as configurations and maintenance of benchmark data as well as support of locations in ~ 30 countries

  • Continuous improvement of the planning tool for annual salary adjustments, as well as support for various compensation processes (e.g. annual bonus process)

Your profile:

  • Completed business studies with several years of relevant professional experience with a focus on compensation

  • Alternatively, comparable skills through many years of relevant professional experience in compensation issues

  • Experience in statistics and process management

  • Excellent English

  • Software experience with Workday is an advantage
