• •Develop efficient, legally compliant service models for payroll and HR administration
• •Design and document HR processes for various European countries
• •Contribute expertise across the entire hire-to-retire process
• •Ensure smooth operations within a global HR service delivery model
• •Implement continuous process improvement of the service model
• •Design global HR processes during the implementation of a global HR management system
• •Manage a global payroll project in collaboration with stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT
• •Facilitate clear communication between local HR departments and regional/global HR teams
• •Provide training and introduce new processes
• •Support colleagues in using HR systems
• •Perform operational tasks such as data entry, workflow management, and reporting
