- •Design global HR processes during the implementation of a global HR management system
- •Manage a global payroll project in collaboration with stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT
- •Facilitate clear communication between local HR departments and regional/global HR teams
- •Provide training and introduce new processes
- •Support colleagues in using HR systems
- •Perform operational tasks such as data entry, workflow management, and reporting
