# HR Operations Specialist (m/f/x) – Native German & Turkish Speaker | Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein **Düsseldorf** | **Full time** We are currently looking for a dedicated Specialist HR Operations (m/f/x) to join our team. As an expert in HR operations, personal data management, and HR systems, you will collaborate with all HR functions to carry out operational tasks and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. **A day in the life of a Specialist HR Operations (m/f/x):** * You independently manage all core HR processes, from contract creation to offboarding, ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as internal and external guidelines. * You are responsible for maintaining and managing core data in our HR systems (employee, organizational, and position management) as well as key documents in the document management system. You monitor the completeness of employee files and the accuracy of the data. * You work closely with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary payments for our employees. * You maintain close collaboration with other departments, such as Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Retail Management. **What do we need from you?
