Anforderungen

  • •Swiss HR Certificate (HRSE)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • •2 to 3 years of experience in human resources management and recruitment
  • •Experience within an SME or service-oriented company
  • •Excellent command of French and good level of English
  • •Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • •Strong organisational abilities and proactiveness
  • •High level of discretion and confidentiality

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • •Conduct application pre-screening and lead HR interviews
  • •Coordinate recruitment stages with managers and prepare employment documentation
  • •Establish, maintain, and update employee records
  • •Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • •Handle formalities with authorities and Swiss social insurance for employee changes
  • •Monitor absences, sick leave, and maternity/paternity leave
  • •Collect, prepare, and verify monthly payroll data with the external payroll provider
  • •Administer and monitor Swiss social insurance policies
  • •Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR policies
  • •Coordinate the annual appraisal process, including communication and analysis of results
