We are looking for a HR Masterdata Specialist to join Endress+Hauser Group Services and enhance the structure, quality and innovation of our Global HR Center of Expertise (Master Data & Analytics). In this role you’ll help standardize HR masterdata processes, support future focused projects, including AI features and strengthen our global reporting capabilities.
**What is the role about?**
Are you passionate about ensuring HR data is accurate and reliable? Do you thrive when collaborating with both IT and HR colleagues around the world? Are you energized by testing new system features, spotting inconsistencies and driving improvements?
If so, you might be a great fit for our Global HR Center of Expertise (Master Data & Analytics) team—a corporate Center of Expertise within Group Services. You’ll work closely with HR admin team leads across 16 regions, partner with other various HR and SAP SuccessFactors module owners, and support IT in delivering business relevant system improvements.
**Which tasks will you perform?**
You will:
* Provide HR master data expertise to stakeholders and manage our CoE Master Data network of HR admins worldwide
* Manage business demands for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (a core HR system) as the business module owner, defining HR and business requirements, coordinating testing and ensuring smooth rollouts
* Ensure system stability across semi-annual release implementations through release management planning, regression testing and follow-up
* Identify data inconsistencies—monthly head count checks, integration glitches—and drive resolution with IT and HR teams
* Contribute to master-data and analytics projects, preparing data extracts, supporting future cloud analytics roadmaps and exploring AI use cases
* Answer incoming queries from HR admins, offering proactive consultancy on novel or complex master data scenarios
* Maintain momentum on backlog projects, pushing progress, offering support and keeping stakeholders aligned
**What do we expect from you?**
You:
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree (in HR, IT, data science or a related field)
* Bring 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally working independently on HR or IT system topics
* Have a solid understanding of IT systems, data flows and integrations
* Are proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (or eager to learn)
* Communicate fluently in English; German is a strong plus and French a further advantage
* Think in networks—seeing the wider implications of data changes and anticipating stakeholder needs
* Stay calm amidst uncertainty, ask the right questions and follow through to keep projects on track
**What can you expect from us?**
* We are a family owned, highly committed company with a sustainable vision.
* We prioritize WorkLife Balance: 60 % role (24.6 hrs/week) with flexible scheduling and 25 % homeoffice (6 hrs/week) options.
* We promote lifelong learning with versatile training, knowledge sharing and eLearning opportunities.
* We ensure your wellbeing with a comprehensive company pension scheme and health offers.
* We provide onsite amenities—canteen, ergonomic workstations—and encourage family friendly policies.
*Agencies, HR service providers or similar entities are kindly requested to refrain from unsolicited submissions. We do not engage external providers for this role; any such applications will be deleted without consideration.*
