  • •Promote performance management through guidance and support
  • •Collaborate with managers on HR-related matters
  • •Analyze and report on key HR data and KPIs
  • •Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • •Strengthen employer branding by engaging employees
  • •Prepare and conduct the Employee Satisfaction Survey
  • •Monitor and adjust compensation and benefits packages
  • •Ensure a professional recruitment process focusing on internal potential
  • •Implement performance management tools and train managers
  • •Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
  • •Provide training at DC, including Train The Trainer
  • •Monitor Work Environment KPIs and ensure cooperation with H&S
  • •Act as an ambassador of JYSK Values and Leadership qualities
