Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in an international environment
- •Solid knowledge of German labor law
- •Experience with HR software (workday, DATEV Lodas) and digital HR processes, which is an advantage
- •Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- •Excellent German and English language skills, written and verbal
- •Ability to work independently and in a results-oriented manner, combined with a hands-on mentality
