Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree in economics, psychology, law, or HRM
  • Knowledge of German labour law and social legislation
  • Knowledge of MS-Office, Infoniqa, GFOS, or other payrolling systems
  • Fluent written and spoken skills in German and English
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR

  • Contribute to site business strategy and deploy HR strategy
  • Design and implement site HR organization
  • Develop and coordinate the annual Site HR Roadmap
  • Lead change management actions to support site vision
  • Monitor HR KPIs and ensure performance levels
  • Coordinate people matters during business transformation
  • Define action plans and facilitate communication
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies in line with Group policies
  • Manage and support the development of job descriptions
  • Lead the yearly recruitment plan and staffing needs
  • Coordinate validation of open position requests
  • Conduct candidate interviews and propose shortlists
  • Support site managers in final candidate selection
  • Define and negotiate pay packages for new hires
  • Coordinate contract management for new hires
  • Develop and implement the induction process
  • Translate and deploy performance management processes
  • Coach managers on performance appraisal and reviews
  • Coordinate objectives setting and ensure alignment
  • Follow up on yearly salary reviews in line with performance
  • Ensure compliance with yearly C&B budget
  • Implement job grading for all positions
  • Define compensation and benefits structure according to Group policy
  • Lead local SPID process
  • Deploy competence models and conduct skills gap analysis
  • Define and implement training and development processes
  • Organize training sessions for employees
  • Support managers in individual development interviews
  • Coach managers in people management and related matters
  • Monitor health and safety results and implement improvements
  • Contribute to labor relations approach with local management
  • Ensure compliance with social and legal rules
  • Manage individual and collective works agreements
  • Handle complaints, discipline matters, and conflict management
  • Act as a relay for internal communication with employees
  • Deploy employee surveys and analyze results
  • Develop standards for personnel administration and payroll
  • Provide technical advice on complex payroll issues
  • Implement benefits and pension administration guidelines
  • Deploy HRIS within the plant
  • Ensure compliance with Group ethics and internal control procedures
  • Lead wellbeing programs in collaboration with the H&S Manager
  • Ensure implementation of Nexans HR policies and governance
  • Maintain visibility of HR policies and relevant legislation
  • Follow up on country-specific actions for leave and time management
  • Monitor social climate compliance with legislation
  • Handle grievance procedures for the country
  • Implement business conduct guidelines in the country
  • Oversee reward strategy implementation and salary benchmarking
  • Manage internal mobility matters, including immigration and taxation
  • Implement intuitive compensation schemes
