**Your Role**
As part of a global organization, you will play a key role in managing HR operations for our German entity while driving internal communication initiatives. You will be supported by an HR Admin but should have a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach.
**Your Responsibilities**
Recruiting & Hiring – Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our German office, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
Employee Lifecycle Management – Handle employment contracts (new hires, changes, and terminations) and oversee onboarding & offboarding processes.
Employee Benefits – Manage and enhance our local benefits program to ensure a great employee experience.
Global HR Collaboration – Work closely with our headquarters on global HR initiatives, policies, and best practices.
Internal Communication – Develop and execute communication campaigns to engage employees and foster a strong company culture.
