Anforderungen

  • •10 years of experience in HR Information Systems management
  • •Extensive experience in application management of SAP HCM (ECC) modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY)
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams
  • •Skilled in application ownership and lifecycle management
  • •Advanced knowledge of HR data governance, user access management, IT controls (ITGC), and audit compliance requirements
  • •Experience in managing complex HR projects such as M&A integrations, system modernization, and payroll implementations
  • •University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience in HR technology
  • •Fluency in German and English

  • •Manage the entire application lifecycle for HR Information Systems
  • •Ensure local HR systems operate reliably and meet user needs
  • •Maintain systems to support HR business processes effectively
  • •Ensure application security and compliance with regulations
  • •Lead and develop a small HRIS team, providing coaching and guidance
  • •Oversee SAP HCM configuration and personnel administration
  • •Manage data exchange with Workday and local ERP systems
  • •Ensure user access security and compliance with IT controls
  • •Manage HR reporting and analytics projects
  • •Lead HR technology projects, including payroll implementations
